An Ohio lawyer may seek an elder law specialty certification through either Ohio Bar or NELF, or a dual certification. Applicants must satisfy the eligibility requirements of each organization. The Ohio Bar has made arrangements with NELF to administer the written examination. Any questions relating to the written examination should be emailed to Meg Hyatt, NELF Consultant, or call (520) 881-1076.
